This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use SimpliFiber Internet, Phone, and common area Wi-Fi services (collectively, the "Services"). This policy applies to all users of the Services and is incorporated into the SimpliFiber Residential Terms of Service.

By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should discontinue using the Services.

  • Website and App Data: Information collected when you visit simplifiber.com or use SimpliFiber mobile applications, such as browsing activity, pages visited, and interactions with our online tools. We may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to collect this information.

  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes (e.g., court orders, subpoenas), or to protect SimpliFiber’s rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or the public.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of SimpliFiber’s assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information for other purposes if you provide explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the Services. Changes will not apply retroactively and will take effect no sooner than fourteen (14) days after posting on simplifiber.com, except for changes addressing new Service features or legal requirements, which may take effect immediately.
