By texting our customer-support number (or replying to any message from it), you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

SimpliFiber provides two-way SMS customer support so you can get help with billing, outages, appointments, payment reminders, and account questions via text message.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in when you send the first message to our support number. No keyword is required. Sending any message (e.g., “Internet down” or “Pay bill”) serves as your affirmative consent to receive SMS replies from SimpliFiber.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 1–10 messages per support case, only in direct response to your inquiry or to provide updates you requested.

4. Cost

Message & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message and you will immediately be unsubscribed. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS from this program.

7. Supported Carriers

This program is available on all major U.S. carriers. It is not compatible with all mobile devices.

8. Privacy & Data Use
